About the Role:

As a Technical Talent Attraction Advisor, you'll be a strategic partner, identifying, engaging, and hiring cutting-edge technical expertise. You'll collaborate with engineering leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent attraction strategies, focusing on a premium candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Impact: Partner with technical leaders to create recruitment strategies for highly sought-after technical roles.

Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end process for diverse technical roles.

Proactive Sourcing Architect: Identify and engage top technical talent using innovative channels, focusing on engineering and R&D profiles.

Technical Market Advisor: Provide insights into the technical talent market and offer creative sourcing solutions.

Champion Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional experiences reflecting Trimble's values and innovative culture.

Offer & Close Mastery: Skillfully extend and negotiate job offers.

What Skills & Abilities You'll Bring:

2+ years of demonstrated Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience (agency or internal), with recent experience partnering with hiring managers, ideally in technical recruitment.

Fluency in English is a must

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Experience within a large, matrixed organization or ability to collaborate across dispersed teams is preferred.

Comfort working in a global team environment.

Exceptional ability to articulate Trimble's value proposition and culture to technical employees.

Solutions-oriented mindset with a knack for creative thinking to identify niche technical talent.
