Job Description

You will support with full 360 recruitment process and act as a true talent partner to the business. This role will mainly be supporting the Informa businesses (excluding T&F) across Asia, including Australia. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with people leaders at all levels of the business to deliver outcomes, manage expectations as well as identify current and future talent in the market.Demonstrate a clear understanding of the people leaders, their business and the business needsWork proactively to build a robust talent pipeline to support the business and talent needs for the region.Provide stakeholders with a short list of quality, directly sourced candidates, in a timely manner and cost effective mannerConduct interviews over the phone and face to face (where possible) to assess candidate’s suitability to the Informa competenciesDisplay outstanding candidate care at all times always looking to improve the candidate journeyIdentify and drive continuous improvement for recruitment processes including planning, sourcing, assessing and reporting.Develop the execute strategic and creative sourcing strategies using the recruiter tool kit, job boards, referral program to attract best talent in the regionContribute to building the Colleague Value Proposition for Informa in the regionFull input to TA team strategic projects, eg Employer branding, internal mobility etcContribution to the TA role in pre boarding and onboarding

 

QualificationsFluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese are essential as you will be required to conduct interviews in both languages. Ability to communicate in other Asian languages will be a plus.Minimum 3 - 6 years of relevant recruitment and direct sourcing experience in Vietnam, candidates with experience hiring in other parts of Asia will be a plus.Experienced in recruiting for Sales / Events will be a plus.A reliable, dedicated, committed and service oriented team playerA successful track record of direct sourcing candidatesAbility to build trust based, value added relationships with key stakeholdersMeticulous and organised and commits to deadlinesMulti-tasking, independent & team playerEffective communication skillSelf-driven and initiativeExperience working in a Global businessAble to deal with ambiguity and change (and embrace it)Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, IT literate
