Overview Job Purpose Talent Acquisition Partners drive the day-to-day execution of talent acquisition by identifying and creating opportunities to work effectively and efficiently with internal clients while providing excellent service. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and management of recruiting efforts for assigned client groups Utilize flexible resources as needed to meet hiring demand Facilitate communication between hiring managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to ensure excellent service, responsiveness and effective hiring outcomes Develop consultative relationships with business leadership, meeting regularly to understand business priorities, hiring plans, and talent needs Partner with Talent Acquisition management and business leadership to create and execute recruiting strategies, maximize employer branding opportunities, improve processes and successfully hire candidates Partner with HRBPs on business objectives, hiring needs, challenges and recruiting plans Create pipeline strategies to build and maintain a continual supply of potential talent for ICE Build relationships with candidates through community and organization engagement Attend hiring events and participate in talent sourcing opportunities as needed Collaborate with other TA team members to share information, generate ideas, and leverage resources to facilitate high-quality, effective hiring Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience 6+ years recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing experience in a professional hiring environment Strong preference for technical recruiting experience Has high energy, self-motivation, and a results-oriented working style Strong team player, with a commitment to collaboration and communication High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment Ability to quickly build relationships, handle multiple priorities and organize workloads
