Caterpillar Hungary in Gödöllő is looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to drive efficiency end to end recruitment processes in the Hungarian and other European and UK facilities.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for leveraging sound knowledge, consultation and influencing skills to aid business leaders in attracting and hiring qualified best-in-class talent through innovative and proven talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner identifies, engages, and connects with the best talent on an ongoing basis to facilitate the filling of open positions quickly and efficiently.
You will support our Construction Industries Division and work with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand both the current and future staffing needs, discuss potential recruiting strategies, and manage the recruiting process from quickly sourcing passive candidates through to offer acceptance. This role may also have the opportunity to work with other divisions as necessary.

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, in your new role, You will:
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with business needs and market trends.Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from crafting sourcing strategies to selecting top talent.Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Use data and insights to guide hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.Manage recruitment campaigns across the region and collaborate on employer branding and diversity initiatives.Leverage ATS and CRM tools to maintain efficient workflows and strong talent pipelines.Stay compliant with hiring regulations and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.Work closely with the Regional TA Manager on strategic projects including employer branding, job fairs, and diversity initiatives.Top Candidates Will Have:
