What You'll Do The Talent Acquisition Partner supports the Customer and Compliance organization by managing full cycle recruitment for both volume and niche roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, promote best practices, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. As a trusted advisor within the People and Culture team, the TA Partner helps drive hiring outcomes that align with Avalara's business goals. You will report to Senior Manager Location: Pune What Your Responsibilities Will Be You will manage full cycle recruiting to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the Customer and Compliance organization You will Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and execute effective recruitment strategies that support business goals You will Lead the hiring process including resume reviews, screening calls, assessments, and interviews You will source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals, and ensure timely progression through the interview process You will Build and maintain relationships with past applicants and prospective talent for future opportunities Contribute to team and company-wide recruiting projects that improve hiring processes and candidate experience What You'll Need to be Successful 4 or more years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates Bachelor's degree in any field Stakeholder management skills. Experience using iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter Background in recruiting for high-volume and niche roles Familiarity with hiring practices in global or multi-region environments Experience contributing to recruitment process improvements or organisational projects #LI-Onsite How We'll Take Care of You Total Rewards In addition to a great compensation package, paid time off, and paid parental leave, many Avalara employees are eligible for bonuses.
