Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner is integral to developing and implementing a robust campus recruitment strategy aimed at attracting top early-career talent. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, co-ops, and entry-level hires. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the candidate experience while building a strong talent pipeline to support our ongoing growth. This is a Hybrid role with 4 days in office and 1 day work from home. Come join our team!  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be to:Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including internships, co-ops and entry level positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels including recruitment events, career fairs, employee referrals and job boards.Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications and alignment with role requirements. Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.Contribute and support employer branding initiatives, including social media content, recruitment events and career fairs. Monitor, analyze, and report on university recruiting performance.Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related fieldOne years of Human Resources experience requiredExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityAbility to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Passion for people and delivering outstanding service to candidates and collaborators
