We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who excels at building strong partnerships and delivering a high-impact hiring experience. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment Partner: Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that support long-term organizational goals.Talent Sourcing: Use creative sourcing methods to build strong and diverse candidate pipelines, with a focus on hard-to-fill and high-priority roles.Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process—from role kickoff and job posting through offer and onboarding—while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication, clear updates, and a smooth, engaging hiring process.Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand skills gaps, align on hiring priorities, and deliver recruitment solutions that meet current and future talent needs.Qualifications
Experience & Education: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 1 year in corporate recruitment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferredSkills: Ability to consult, influence, and partner across functions and levelsTechnical Proficiency: Skilled in ATS, HRIS, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office SuiteCommunication Skills: Confident and clear communicator who can engage candidates and leaders alikeProblem-Solving Ability: Comfort with metrics and the ability to turn data into actionWhy Join Us?
