Join us. **Job Description** The Talent Acquisition Partner acts as strategic partner to AECOM’s hiring managers on providing advisory, guidance and solutions on acquiring talents for the organization. This role has the overall responsibility for day-to-day management of recruitment outcomes and works closely with the Talent Acquisition team in designing and delivering the recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy. The TA Partner ensures the business engagement and satisfaction is continually maintained and acts as a Brand Ambassador to increase business brand reach. + Execute recruitment plan by aggressively recruiting for well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources, managing selection process to include interviewing, assessing candidates, screening, and recommending finalists and filling the recruiting needs within the defined service and performance criteria + Develop and maintain network of passive contacts to help and identify source and qualified candidates + Arranging interviews and managing the life cycle recruitment process through to offer acceptance. Create, discuss and negotiate offers to selected candidates + Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the best candidates + Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements + Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies + Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics reporting on the recruiting status and results of open positions + Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, key stakeholders, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility + Partner with hiring managers in establishing recruitment strategies + Partner with HRBPs and compensation and benefits in ensuring reasonable and fair offers for internal and external talents + Create and foster relationships with the industry organizations to attract and recruit candidates + Organize, lead and document post interview debrief and feedback with interview teams and candidates + Partner with and manage external partners in developing an active talent pipeline + Drive Employee Referral Program through innovative communication and activities + Drive University Partnership activities through school caravan, sponsored learning sessions, increase graduate hiring and internship + Drive Recruitment Marketing and Branding by strategically hosting and joining activities to increase network such as open-house recruitment, service industry partnership, and focused group discussion. Leverage on the social media presence of the business + Research about the talent market trends through talent mapping, academic research, and data analysis + Provide stakeholders with market data and insights to facilitate conversations in assessing talent pipelines for current and future needs + Perform reporting and analytics to support overall recruitment plans and strategies **Qualifications** + Fluency in English is a must + Minimum 5 years of work experience in Sourcing and Recruiting in a shared service or relative environment + Has expertise in managing heterogeneous volume requirements and has an exposure in working within a multi-national organization or leading global search firm offering the best-in-class candidate resourcing service. + Has worked with specific TA customer relationship manager systems to grow and nurture talent networks. + Proven ability to conduct resourcing activities with an emphasis not just on delivery but stakeholder and candidate care. **Additional Information** + Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned reports, tasks, and documentation.
