Job DescriptionVisa’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner (analyst level) who will provide recruiting cycle support for a number of business functions across Europe. In this role, you will be supporting and partnering with experienced Recruiters who own the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their experience and scope with Talent Acquisition and gain broader exposure of the end to end recruitment life cycle.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Recruiters and hiring teams by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, providing timely updates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Collaborate with your Manager and Recruiters to gather and analyse talent pool data, translating insights into actionable strategies to support organisational goals.Lead and optimise talent acquisition initiatives, including championing programs such as employee referrals to enhance recruitment effectiveness.Advocate for diversity and inclusion by ensuring gender-diverse shortlists are consistently presented to hiring managers.Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, demonstrating a commitment to quality, speed, and meticulous attention to detail.Leverage internal market intelligence tools to monitor industry trends and developments, using these insights to continually enhance recruitment strategies and processes.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week.
QualificationsSome In-house talent acquisition experience in fast-paced, global, and ambiguous environment, with a focus on transformation and change.Skilled in sourcing diverse talent through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, internal mobility, and local channels, especially for niche roles.Proficient in screening, interviewing, and using applicant tracking systems, with excellent communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders.Experienced in collaborating with Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners, while managing multiple stakeholders and requisitions.Able to capture recruitment metrics and deliver data-driven insights.Some exposure to employer branding initiativesResults-oriented, collaborative team player who fosters a positive work environment.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
