At SumUp, our Operations teams are the backbone that ensures a seamless experience for our millions of merchants. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to be a driving force behind the growth of these crucial teams. The high-volume of hiring in our Operations domain presents a unique opportunity to refine our recruitment strategies and make a significant impact. This role is essential for reducing the time-to-fill for open positions and relieving pressure on our hiring managers. You will be instrumental in building a strategic and predictable talent funnel, ensuring we hire high-quality candidates at scale to support our business objectives.
What you’ll do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on Operations roles (with a focus on Customer Support). Proactively source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct behaviourial interviews to build strong talent pipelines. Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their needs, define role requirements, and provide data-informed guidance. Drive and support various employer branding and recruitment initiatives to generate applications for high-volume roles. Help to establish and refine best-in-class processes for high-volume hiring to ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience. Take ownership of the candidate journey, ensuring a professional and engaging experience from the first contact to onboarding.

You are fluent in Spanish as well as English; as a truly global team, you'll need to connect with people across locations. You have demonstrated competence in interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management. You possess strong project management, organisational, and negotiation skills. You are an excellent communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. You are adaptable and flexible, with a strong sense of curiosity and learning agility. You are tech-savvy and have a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how to derive actions from them. You have knowledge of the local talent landscape in Barcelona.
