In this role, you'll lead end-to-end hiring for some of the smartest minds in AI. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates—guiding everything from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding. **What you’ll do:** + Own full-cycle recruiting for key tech/AI roles across EMEA + Use creative sourcing strategies (yes, LinkedIn—but also headhunting and niche platforms!) + Build strong relationships with hiring managers and advise on hiring strategy + Craft and negotiate offers—including relocation or visa support when needed + Partner with global HR to keep the hiring process smooth and compliant **What we’re looking for:** + 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in tech/AI + Strong project management and multitasking skills + Confidence in market research, sourcing, and strategic hiring Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience!
