Ecolab is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Market Lead – Europe, to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts in Europe. The Talent Acquisition Market Lead position is a pivotal role that demands strategic leadership and a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape.
You will lead initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business objectives. This role involves influencing and collaborating across multiple teams to understand hiring needs, and to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging technology and branding to draw in both passive and in-network talent, using data-driven approaches to identify the best candidates and foster a high level of satisfaction and engagement among hiring managers.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership:
Lead the Europe talent acquisition strategy, aligning with business and HR leadership to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning changes.
Performance & Analytics:
Use data and tools to monitor regional hiring metrics, identify trends, and benchmark against competitors. Drive improvements in time-to-start, quality of hire, and process adherence through partnerships with our recruiting teams.
Proactive Talent Planning:
Partner with market leaders to assess future talent needs, inform proactive sourcing strategies, and deliver predictive analytics to support planning.
Process Excellence:
Champion process consistency and technology adoption across the TA lifecycle. Educate stakeholders on process requirements and identify opportunities for automation and enhancement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional HR and business leaders. Build strong relationships with TA COE, DE&I teams, recruitment marketing, and external search partners.
Market strategy and partnerships:
Evaluate TA maturity across countries in the market and lead initiatives for optimisation. Manage executive search and vendor relationships.
What you need
Proven experience in strategic talent acquisition, preferably in a matrixed or global organisation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Fluency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Excel.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
Deep understanding of market-specific hiring norms, trends, and challenges.
Experience with recruitment marketing, candidate experience, and executive search management.
Ability to influence and lead through change, with a focus on continuous improvement.
