As a **Recruiting Manager - Germany** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, focusing 50% on recruiting for senior level roles and 50% on enhancing talent engagement activities across Germany. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent while fostering a positive candidate experience.
You will collaborate directly with senior business and HR stakeholders, and you’ll work on a hybrid work schedule. The position is based in our brand-new office in Ratingen close to Düsseldorf.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that we have the right talent in place to meet our business objectives and drive growth. Your efforts in talent engagement will also contribute to building a strong employer brand and a positive workplace culture.
+ Coordinate and execute talent engagement activities to enhance our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
+ Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent
+ Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop job descriptions
+ Create effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates
+ Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
+ Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
+ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Must haves:
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in full cycle talent acquisition
+ Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
+ Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing
+ Fluency in German and English
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Proficiency in project management
