We are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA to join our team at Bobcat. Job Information The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process for both white-collar (WC) and blue-collar (BC) positions within the EMEA region. This role involves defining the recruitment strategy, identifying future needs based on company strategy and turnover data, building a pipeline of external talents, active sourcing, defining the interviewing process, and hands on recruitment and is responsible to measure and achieve recruitment KPIs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent to support its growth and success. Job Purpose:Ensure that the company attracts the right talent at the right timing Role & Responsibility + Recruitment Strategy: (20%) + Define and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for WC and BC positions in the EMEA region + Align recruitment plans with company strategy and turnover data to meet future staffing needs. + Develop and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. + Own the relationship with recruitment agencies and temp agencies. + Contract management with external partners (recruitment agencies and temp agencies, other suppliers) + Talent Pipeline & Sourcing (40%) + Build and maintain a strong pipeline of external talent through active sourcing, networking, and engagement. + Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations. + Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals, represent company at job fair/external events. + Selection Process (15%) + Oversee the entire interview process, including initial screening, in-depth interviews, and final evaluations. + Ensure consistency and fairness in the candidate selection process. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies. + Standardize selection process and develop and conduct interview trainings for hiring managers. + Candidate Experience (15%) + Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. + Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. + Manage the offer process (offer approval, presenting offer to candidate). + Own the pre-onboarding phase after candidate accepted the offer. + Data & Reporting (10%) + ​​​​​​​Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. + Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management. + Continuously assess and improve recruitment practices based on data-driven insights Job Requirement Education and Qualification: + Human Resources or Business Administration - Masters Degree or in a related field Experience: + 5>7 years + Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on managing recruitment teams. + Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly for WC and BC positions. Skills: + Fluent in English + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. + Strong organizational and project management skills. + Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
