What You’ll Do: You’ll lead the charge in finding, engaging, and hiring mission-aligned talent across all levels of our organization. Through strategic thinking, inclusive practices, and deep relationship-building, you'll ensure that our workforce reflects the communities we serve and the values we uphold. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will: + Drive Strategy with Impact Lead the design and implementation of dynamic recruitment and onboarding systems aligned with Racker’s mission and future workforce needs. + Champion Inclusion Embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility into every stage of the hiring journey. Collaborate with leaders to shape equitable processes and inclusive cultures. + Build Community Partnerships Cultivate authentic relationships with local schools, colleges, workforce development agencies, advocacy groups, and community leaders to grow diverse pipelines of talent. + Be a Trusted Coach Guide hiring managers and leaders in best practices, from inclusive job advertising to strength-based interviewing to bias-free selection. + Lead with Innovation Stay ahead of workforce trends, tech, and tactics. Use data, storytelling, and human connection to continuously evolve our recruitment model. + Foster Belonging Collaborate with current and former employees to co-create a culture where people don’t just work, they thrive. Responsibilities + Leads the development of HR recruitment strategies; champions HR vision, mission and plan. + Develops and implements inclusive recruitment and retention strategies that align with Racker’s DEIA strategy. S erves as a leader in fostering an inclusive workplace culture. + Builds and sustains strategic partnerships with local schools, colleges, workforce development agencies, and community-based organizations to expand diverse and mission-aligned talent pipelines. + Collaborates with community leaders and networks to identify emerging workforce trends, promote employment opportunities, and support inclusive hiring initiatives. + Strengthens relationships with current and past employees, and stakeholders to create a community-based approach to recruitment and culture-building. + Coaches managers through recruitment strategies, from advertising to interviewing to hiring + Agency expert on ATS; monitoring, updating for best practices, efficiencies and compliance + Develop, implement and monitor recruiting data + Advisor for employment recruitment law, as well as agency policy communication, application and interpretation. + Ensures that compensation programs are competitive, non-discriminatory, and appropriately administered. + Ensures compliance with all federal and state labor and employment laws, regulations, and agency policies & procedures as they relate to recruiting, including fingerprinting, background checks and reference checking. + Assumes responsibility for overseeing daily recruiting activities and performing administrative functions for the HR department. Qualifications + Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least five years of human resource management or related experience + Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills Our approach to Diversity and Inclusion - "A world where all people know they belong."
