We are seeking a **Talent Acquisition Manager** to lead salaried recruiting strategies across Mexico. Based in Monterrey, this high-impact role is part of our Global Talent Acquisition team and plays a key role in driving our growth and innovation. As a strategic partner to HR, Talent Operations, and business leaders, you'll define and deliver a compelling talent attraction strategy aligned to Polaris' evolving workforce needs. You'll lead efforts to identify, engage, and hire top talent while building proactive pipelines that support long-term, profitable growth. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a lasting impact on our talent landscape. **Core Responsibilities:** + Establish standard recruitment operating procedures for Mexico that anchor to Polaris’s global recruitment processes. + Institutionalize in-country talent acquisition processes: From initial Kick-off call through sourcing; screening; and final talent selection.  + Partner with functional and business leaders to draw connections from the Polaris business strategy to our Talent Acquisition strategic focus areas.  + Enable a team of recruiters by managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing their performance. + Establish and monitor key performance metrics for experienced hiring in Mexico; part of our global reporting requirements + Design and Lead training for hiring leaders such as Interview Training, assessment training, etc. + Oversight of local and federal hiring compliance requirements in tandem with local HR and Legal teams. + Serve as a strategic advisor and executor for Executive Search needs within the region. + Serve as an executive brand ambassador for talent attraction in the region. + Manage External Agency Selection to support Talent Acquisition needs. + Partner closely with the Talent Operations team to ensure appropriate candidate experience practices are installed across Polaris. ​ + Objectively track TA processes and mitigate obstacles and/or deploy countermeasures to keep requisitions moving forward to completion and successful hire. + Stay up to date of industry best practices, employment trends affecting the recruitment function and current employment. + Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership Team. **Education, Experience & Skills needed to be successful:** + Continuous Improvement and solution-focused leadership + 10+ years of corporate recruiting experience with at least 5+ years in a hands-on management role. + Experience with full lifecycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment. + Passion for process improvement and excellence with the ability to drive efficiencies through recruitment technology solutions. + Fluent in Spanish and English  + Experience with Workday Recruiting a plus + Thrives off leading and developing high-performing teams. + Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. + Highly skilled in effectively working with stakeholders at all levels. + Degree from an Accredited University \#LI-JB1 _We are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.
