We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our national blue-collar talent acquisition function. This is a key leadership role within our Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team, responsible for building and delivering forward-thinking recruitment strategies that align with business priorities and help shape the future workforce across Australia.
The ROLE:
This role will see you lead a passionate and capable TA team that supports national and regional project needs across multiple disciplines. You’ll be responsible for:
Driving strategy and execution of talent acquisition initiatives with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency and compliance Building and nurturing a high-performing team culture underpinned by agility, growth mindset and shared success Proactively engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to align talent acquisition outcomes to operational goals Leading strategic sourcing initiatives and building robust talent pipelines using market insights and best-in-class sourcing tools Embedding continuous improvement into everything we do across systems, processes, tech, and above all, positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike Championing a values-based approach to candidate care, stakeholder engagement, and people leadershipAbout YOU:
You are a confident and capable leader who brings energy, direction, and deep expertise in talent acquisition. You know how to coach a team, influence stakeholders, and think strategically, whilst you still enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed.
YOU will have:
Proven experience in managing end-to-end blue-collar talent acquisition in a heavy industrial, mining or contracting environment Strong people leadership skills and be someone who leads with integrity, drives team outcomes, and fosters development A growth mindset and natural curiosity that drives you to always look for ways to improve and innovate Solid working knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium, and talent analytics platforms Experience delivering against key workforce metrics, project ramp-ups and compliance standardsSuccess in this role looks like:
