Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will demonstrate business acumen, be driven by leading Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy, and who is innovative in thinking about how to support the organization and leaders in scaling with growth.

In this role, you will apply business knowledge to inform and drive the short and long-term talent acquisition strategy and priorities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Drive optimal utilization of Workday ATS throughout the organization

· Drive optimal utilization of other sourcing tools: LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. throughout the HR organization

· Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting talent through traditional and non-traditional methods

· Develop and train HR Community on consistent processes

· Drive process change to protect and consistently improve candidate experience to make Mueller an employer of choice

· Collect and monitor TA metrics for the organization. Identify trends and areas for improvement

· Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal partners

· Manage vendor relationships (Indeed, LinkedIn, external staffing sources), drive and monitor effective utilization of outside tools and partners

· Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate sourcing and recruiting

· Create and foster relationships with external colleges and professional organizations to attract candidates (Education institutions, professional organizations, etc.)

· Manage internal corporate recruiters and work closely with Field recruiter(s) to provide direction, guidance, and leadership

· Evaluate business needs and research best practices, trends, and tools to develop and/or advance process and policy improvement to offer best-in-class talent acquisition solutions.

· Ensure that hiring managers and interview teams are educated on creating clear requirements, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria

· Ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and company policies. Ensure all Talent Acquisition activities are compliant with the established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures including maintaining appropriate recordkeeping

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, and Traits:

· 3 to 5 years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition strategy and or teams

· Bachelor's Degree required. Degree can be in a business-related field but a Human Resources discipline is preferred

· Must be willing to work hands-on within the talent acquisition and HR functions and serve as a strategic partner to the business

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong detail orientation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Able to manage multiple projects and priorities

· Strong dependability with an ability to follow through and meet commitments

· Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines

· Able to be a self-starter and take initiative to perform duties independently as well as in a team

· Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

· Experience with ATS systems required; experience with Workday preferred

· Experience with other recruiting platforms required (examples: LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Broadbean)

· Travel to other Mueller sites required – up to 25%

· Other duties as required by business need
