**The Role**
The role of Talent Acquisition Leader is a tremendous opportunity to join Kyndryl in a position where you can have a huge impact on the business and see directly the difference that you can make. You will join a team of Talent Acquisition Leaders that support a combination of markets and business practices all forming part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of excellence.

The strategic Talent Acquisition Leader (STAL) is responsible for driving high-quality and efficient hiring outcomes across Early Careers and professional recruitment. They strive to bring innovation, competitiveness, and high caliber experience within Kyndryl’s hiring process - thus directing contributing towards Kyndryl’s employment brand.
The STAL does this by creating and owning country specific Talent acquisition strategy to fulfill hiring demand in an agile, fast, data driven and empathetic manner. The STAL communicates the strategies to ensure demand fulfillment alignment, supports planning of hiring campaign and drives key TA performance metrics and objectives for the region. They play a crucial role in executing overall recruiting and sourcing strategies, monitoring TA performance, identifying enablement needs, and analyzing reporting to proactively manage issues and drive continuous improvement.
Essential Skills, Duties & Responsibilities:
+ **Partnership and Accountability** : Collaborating closely with the RPO team to ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and data-driven accountability, serving as the primary escalation point between RPO and the business. Holding RPO accountable to outcomes as per SLA and KPIs
+ **Business Partner** : Acting as the key Go-to-Person, SME and functional collaborator for business leaders to partner with for their hiring and business growth plans.
+ **Data Analysis and Action** : Analyzing recruiting life cycle data and hiring metrics daily to identify and address challenges promptly with RPO teams, hiring managers, leaders, and TA teams.
+ **Business Reporting and Reviews** : Conducting weekly cadence calls for each business line to review open roles, identify gaps in RPO delivery or business support, and facilitate necessary actions or escalations.
+ **Process Improvement** **and TA Compliance** : Working closely with RPO and Compliance teams to address process-related challenges and communicate for enhanced processes.
+ **Best Practice Reviews** : Reviewing hiring best practices during business cadence calls and proposing enhancements to processes, tools, and platforms.
+ **Agency Engagement and Performance Monitoring** : Engaging agencies as per Kyndryl process. Monitoring and evaluating the performance recruiting agencies. Working with Procurement teams as necessary for managing agencies.
+ **Enablement and Coaching** : Providing regular enablement and coaching to Hiring Managers on hiring best practices, market trends, and competition to expedite decision-making.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration** : Working with business, Workforce solutions, vendors, HR Teams, Legal teams, process and compliance, HR Tech and procurement teams on regular basis.
+ **Meeting Participation** : Attending relevant HR and business meetings to provide recruiting updates and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
+ **Global Collaboration** : Collaborating with global teams on process changes, enablement and communication management for any process, people or tools related changes.

**Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition leadership
+ Significant experience of working with Recruitment Process Outsource Partners to fulfill Talent Acquisition needs.
+ Deep knowledge of the US and Canada Domestic market and Talent acquisition implications.
+ Delivering Talent Acquisition Strategies and Services in a Multinational Business environment.
+ Proven track record of driving and leading continuous process improvement initiatives & creating strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
+ Strong critical analytical skills – able to synthesize complex challenges into component parts and create logical prioritized plans to resolve.
+ Significant professional expertise working as Talent Acquisition Practitioner in the IT / Managed Services / Professional Services domain.
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
+ Advanced degree preferred.
+ Formal methodology Lean Six Sigma
+ Agile Practitioner / Experience

**Compensation**
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $150,720 to $286,200 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $165,720 to $343,560
Colorado: $150,720 to $286,200
New York City: $180,720 to $343,560
Washington: $165,720 to $314,880
Washington DC: $165,720 to $314,880
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
