As a Talent Acquisition Lead for Logicalis Asia, you will need to understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy. You will work closely with the HRBPs and hiring managers in Asia to identify and fill talent gaps, define and execute recruitment strategy to build talent pipelines and attract the best talent to develop high performing team.

The Individual and their Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding initiatives, with recognised degree/ diploma from a reputable education institutionVolume hiring as well as niche skill hiring ideally in technologyDemonstrated project management skills with the successful delivery of TA projectsProficient and creative in use of social media & job boards in recruiting, sourcing & employer branding to build talent pipeline in organisationFamiliarity with recruitment systems (e.g. Workday)Able to engage and influence stakeholders and peersProven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environmentBEHAVIOURS
