We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Brazil. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes for a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Support the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process (Hunting, CV screening, interview scheduling, feedback tracking).
Help manage candidate experience by keeping communication clear, timely, and professional.
Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with TA and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Conduct market research and sourcing activities to identify potential candidates.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team when needed.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).
Knowledge in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
