Manage Job Postings: Oversee job board advertisements, ensuring all posted vacancies are current and accurately reflect hiring needs. Build Talent Networks: Create and maintain networks of potential passive candidates for future roles through LinkedIn and other channels. Support Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. Enhance Candidate Experience: Contribute to improving the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process. You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including: Pursuing Excellence: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resource or related field. Tech-Savvy Individual: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Communication Maestros: Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with effective communication skills.
