DescriptionThe Trainee Talent Acquisition will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in the field. 

\n

Key Responsibilities·        Fulfils an exemplary role in promoting and applying the organisation's vision and values.·        Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.·        Conduct initial video screenings to assess candidate suitability.·        Post job openings on approved platforms and monitor application flow.·        Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.·        Maintain accurate candidate data in our internal applicant tracking system (ATS).·        Support recruitment-related initiatives, including job fairs and university outreach.·        Contribute to employer branding activities in line with recruitment goals.·        Assist in tracking and compiling recruitment data for reporting purposes.·        Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.·        Ensure all candidate interactions are handled professionally and confidentially.

Minimum Education, Qualifications and Working Experience

\n·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
·        A previous internship in Talent Acquisition or a related field would be considered an asset.

\n\nLanguages
·        Fluency in English; knowledge of French would be considered a strong asset. \n
Computer Skills\n·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
