This role is part of the People and Workplace Solutions team, which oversees all Human Resources activities, processes, and policies for Samsung Electronics Greece. You’ll take full ownership of Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, ensuring seamless operations at both the employee and organizational levels.This is your chance to:Drive core HR activities and be part of decision - making processCollaborate with colleagues across Samsung globally, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives and opportunities.Make a tangible impact on the success of our organization and its people.Your Key Responsibilities:Attract & Integrate Top Talent - Run the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the right people join the right roles at the right time.Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including salary benchmarking, tracking, and reportingOffering unique candidate experience and guidanceBuild and Grow Future Leaders – Lead learning and development efforts, drive succession planning, and help build a strong pipeline of high-potential professionals ready for the next challengeMeet local L&D annual KPIs in alignment with Samsung’s Glbal direction.Manage the L&D budget and design a local strategy to support employee growth.Conduct Learning Needs Assessments and recommend relevant course materials.Other Responsibilities:Assist with workforce planning, engagement activities, and WD system updates.Leverage HR data to provide actionable insights and drive organizational improvements.What We Need from You:To thrive in this role, you’ll need:3-4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in recruitment.A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (Master’s in HR or MBA is a plus).Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills.Fluency in English (verbal and written).Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to perform under tight deadlines.High levels of responsibility, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.Curiosity, critical thinking, and adaptability to unique situations.What Does Success Look Like?

Skills and Qualifications

• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues

• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work - collaborate directly with LMs & HoDs for all TA and L&D tasks

• Recruiting experience from headhunting agencies and for commercial and supporting functions is preferred (not IT or Engineering)
