ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will use your experience and passion for people, in combination with your superior admin skills to support with delivering peak recruitment, part time and entry level recruitment across Cotton On Group's 90+ NZ stores, DC & Support Office.

Not only will you play an important role in our success by helping us meet and hire the region’s top talent, you’ll support the wider NZ People Team in driving and delivering our NZ People & Country Strategy.

This isn’t just admin. It’s the engine room of Talent Acquisition – fast-paced, high-volume, and full of opportunity.

This is a fixed term position for 6 months.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong admin and coordination experience, preferably in a high-volume recruitment team, or similar.Highly effective planning and organising skills, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.Self-motivated, optimistic, adaptable, innovative and thrives in a high energy environment.Obsessed with retail and people – you get what we do, and why it matters.
