IDEAL is growing and looking to add a strong team player to our Corporate HR team.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams.Prepare recruiting reports.Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Support campus recruitment efforts and IDEAL’s intern program.Handle sensitive and confidential communications.Assist in identifying potential candidates for open positions.Maintain an organized, up-to-date candidate pipeline, ensuring that all candidates are tracked through the hiring process.Manage documentation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately.Support a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process ensuring a smooth hand-off to division HR for onboarding.Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and organizational policies. Timely documentation of all communications and updates within the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.Experience in human resources, recruiting, and applicant tracking systems are desirable.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication skills and strong detail orientation are musts.

 

 

The expected hourly wage for this position is between $18.85/hour and $25.36/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
