Talent Acquisiton & Onboarding is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support our various business units. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Recruiter and Hiring Leader with tasks and activities such as leading scheduling & interviewing logistics and tracking candidate progress in applicable Recruiting technologies. **How will you make an impact in this role?**
+ Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)
+ Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for Candidates, Hiring Leaders, and Recruiters by acting as the logistics liaison.
+ Utilize available recruiting technologies to handle logistics and scheduling for first round interview, teleconferences, and in-person interviews for all participants.
+ Oversee the end-to-end req audit and interview scheduling process to ensure a seamless recruiting experience.
+ Ensure pre-offer recruitment coordination activities follow any established SLAs.
+ Assist with planning and logistics of recruiting event.
+ Send relevant interview guides to Hiring Leader.
+ Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
+ Ensure data integrity throughout the Pre-offer lifecycle.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 2 years administrative experience; recruitment, executive administration or related environment is a plus.
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is an asset though not required.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
+ Ability to collaborate with candidates, hiring leaders and teammates in an engaging and persuasive manner.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience working in a fast-paced customer centric environment preferred
+ Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo preferred
