A Day in Your Life at MKS:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Recruiting team. In this role, you will support the campus recruiting team executing our campus recruiting strategy as well as other aspects of the recruitment process. In this role, you will report directly to the Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position operates on a hybrid model based out of our Andover, MA office. Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance and commit to working onsite 3 days a week.You Will Make an Impact By:• Coordinating and scheduling interviews for open campus positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and hiring team• Help manage the recruiting and campus inboxes, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to inquiries• Monitor the status of pre-employment screenings (background checks and drug screens)• Assist with campus events including shipping logistics, calendar invites with details, event registrations, and assist in increasing engagement• Posting campus opportunities to school job boards and relevant job posting sites• Assist with internship program coordination activities such as Lunch and Learns, Executive Speaker, etc.Skills You Bring:• Minimum 2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordinator• Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Excel and PowerPoint• Strong Organizational skills and multi-tasking ability• Strong communication skills both written and verbal• Attention to detail• Ability to manage time accordingly
• Ability to problem solve independently and as part of a team
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, preferably WorkdayPreferred Skills: • Experience managing small projectsPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:• Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time• Operates in a professional office environment• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery• Noise level in the work environment is usually average
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Range: $20.60 - $38.25 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, Inc., it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS, Inc.
