Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing incoming applications, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews across multiple time zones. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

ResponsibilitiesScreen incoming applications for basic qualifications.Manage candidate communication, including professionally declining applicants.Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate with hiring managers.Watch and assess pre-recorded video interviews for initial screening.Assist with posting job requisitions and updating existing job descriptions.Work within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience is a plus but not required.Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in ATS/HRIS.Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition coordination.Familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo degree required; however, candidates interested in transitioning to a permanent role may need a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with substantial experience.Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
