Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support a variety of recruitment activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while helping to grow key programs, including our internship and DOD SkillBridge initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruitment events
+ Support the expansion of our internship program, including arranging travel and accommodations for participants and assisting employee attendees
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
+ Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
+ Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders, including company leadership
+ Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
+ Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
+ Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions
+ Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Required Education and Experience
+ Associates Degree or equivalent experience
+ 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related roles
Preferred Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
+ Familiarity with social media and other recruitment platforms for sourcing candidates
