The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive support for Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development through the support and execution of a variety of administrative functions, including generating and auditing reports, metric tracking, coordinating labor requests, sourcing and other projects. YOUR TASKS
* Coordinate and track labor requisition requests.
* Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and networking platforms.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
* Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Manage, audit and report on Talent Acquisition requisitions and metrics, ensuring ongoing and accurate reporting and analysis.
* Participate in various hiring initiatives and projects, providing logistical and administrative support.
* Contribute to process improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development functions.
* Assign, track, and manage training courses within the LMS.
* Process manual completions for in-person or externally completed training.
* Audit and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Assist in the preparation, testing, and launch of new training programs.
* Develop user guides and communications for employees regarding training requirements.
* Track and report training completions to ensure compliance with deadlines.
YOUR PROFILE
* 2 plus years' experience providing HR administrative support.
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
* Superb written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
* Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
* Ability to work flexible hours.
* Previous HR experience in 3PL/Distribution environments preferred.
* Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
