Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at VCA, where your impact will be felt across our recruitment landscape! In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of our recruitment initiatives, providing crucial support for key programs that propel our hiring efforts forward. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations for both internal and external stakeholders, uphold data accuracy, and assist in insightful reporting and analytics. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our systems across various platforms integrated with our Talent Acquisition (TA) processes, including CRM and ATS.
Key Responsibilities:
Agencies
Clear and assign agency candidates daily, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Foster strong communication with agencies and TAPs on a daily basis.
Support agency accounts in Workday, including invoice management.
Post job openings to agencies as needed.
Referral Program
Manage the clearing, assigning, and tracking of referred candidates and referrers daily.
Engage with referrers on an ad hoc basis to maintain strong relationships.
Request external referrer payments as necessary.
Conduct weekly audits of referral application sources for name matches and payouts.
Support seasonal referral competitions and collaborate with marketing on internal and external referral promotions.
CRM (Phenom)
Conduct bulk candidate imports into the CRM.
Manage Woof University student registrants weekly and pull monthly reports.
Oversee Bright Futures applicants weekly.
Handle event lead imports on an ad hoc basis (seasonal/frequent).
Maintain the Career site Chatbot weekly.
Provide Tier 1 user support for CRM issues and bugs daily.
Perform regular CRM audits for email removals and candidate data fields monthly.
Track CRM email campaign data weekly to monthly.
Assist with audits and follow-up data for CRM events weekly to monthly.
ATS (Workday)
Conduct ATS audits, focusing on Job Requisition Audit Reports.
Manage candidates on closed requisitions needing dispositioning weekly/monthly.
Monitor job posting status weekly.
Compliance (DirectEmployers)
Log and perform diversity outreach for OFCCP compliance weekly to monthly.
TA Team Support
Serve as the primary contact for candidate sharing with Banfield.
Assist with vendor support and team systems.
Help manage the shared recruiting email inbox.
Maintain Teams channel documents and assist with team WoofConnect page updates.
Update the Team Org Chart and contact information as needed.
Collaborate with TA Leaders, Program Manager, and Data Analyst on ad hoc requests and projects.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Prior experience in project or program management, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting. Experience in veterinary medicine is a plus!
Skills: Exceptional organizational and data management skills, a keen attention to detail, and excellent communication and time management abilities. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality.
Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with SmartSheet and PowerBI is helpful, along with CRM and ATS systems support experience.
Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position, so you’ll need a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and availability during standard work hours in the PST time zone.
Additional Information
Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 -$65,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
