We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant- Intermediate to join our Professionals Team.
This role will be a full-time day shift role working Monday- Friday in a hybrid capacity with some on-site expectation as needed.
This role will specifically support recruitment for Business Professional roles throughout the IU Health system. Positions such as clinic managers, IIS analyst, marketing, finance, human resources, and supply chain to name a few.
This is a full life cycle recruitment role which includes conducting thorough intake conversations with the hiring leader, designing and posting positions, sourcing, reviewing and screening applicants, consulting on candidate selection and completing offer processes. The Talent Acquisition Consultant in this role will apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure a compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities.
A successful Intermediate Talent Acquisition Consultant assists with workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, guides leaders in selecting the best talent, provides team member support, and provides other project management support as requested by their leader, particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies, data reporting, maintaining and analyzing recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and improving the overall recruitment process .
A key component of this role is providing a thought process partnership and consulting on sourcing and recruiting diverse talent.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience, 3-5 years.
• Requires knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
• Requires a knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Requires knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
• Requires demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies and process improvement initiatives.
• Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
• Requires experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices.
