Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/hashtag/?keywords=cloroxistheplace&highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7079847624048001024) **Your role at Clorox:** The Talent Acquisition Consultant is a "Clorox Talent Magnet" responsible for supporting assigned functions by: • Developing and executing innovative, diverse, inclusive, and bold search strategies for hiring experienced talent, aligned with Clorox's business and talent strategies. • Achieving hiring goals by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, recommending candidates to hiring managers, and guiding them through the offer acceptance process. • Being a champion of TA tools and technologies, an expert in connecting people with talent opportunities at Clorox, leveraging internal and external relationships. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, being the sole point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, managing searches against a timeline with a focus on meeting multiple metrics and priorities. + Act as a creative partner and consultant in the talent acquisition process, forging dynamic consultative relationships with assigned functions and hiring managers to identify talent solutions. + Meet or exceed all Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and Recruiter Scorecard metrics, including time to fill, time to send the first candidate, direct source candidates, disposition rate, LinkedIn recruiter seat usage, and hiring manager/candidate satisfaction scores. + Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance in all talent acquisition processes and timely communication with hiring managers and candidates. + Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functions. + Build proactive search pipelines for hard-to-fill roles or work locations. + Use networking skills to build strong partnerships with external organizations or professional associations in the community to attract talent to Clorox. + Ensure a continuous improvement approach in talent acquisition processes through innovation and bold thinking. **What we look for:** + Over 8 years of experience in recruitment through corporate or agency. + Over 2 years of general Human Resources experience (HR or Recruitment certifications are a plus). + Experience leading recruitment processes in multiple countries. + Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition processes, including strong ability to conduct various types of interviews and facilitate selection processes. + Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), IA Solutions and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). + Hands-on experience with recruitment software, job boards, and social media. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong decision-maker and independent leader with a customer-focused approach, capable of building professional relationships. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. **Workplace type:** Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
