Corteva Agriscience is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant – University Relations to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strategic partnerships with universities and leading campus engagement efforts. This role emphasizes developing long-term university relationships and managing campus ambassador teams to attract top early-career talent.
How You’ll Help Us Grow
In this highly collaborative role, you wil be responsible for:
University Relations & Campus Strategy
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key universities, faculty, and student organizations aligned with Corteva’s talent needs.Assist in development and execution of strategic campus engagement plan, including identifying target schools and programs.Lead and manage campus ambassador teams to enhance Corteva’s presence and brand on campus.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align university strategies with business goals and workforce planning.Oversee Corteva’s presence at campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers on university recruiting strategies.Provide training and guidance to campus teams and event participants to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.Analyze recruiting metrics and feedback to continuously improve campus strategies and partnerships.Stay current on industry trends, university engagement best practices, and competitor activity. Full-Cycle Recruitment.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate relationship management.Ensure compliance with legal requirements while maintaining accurate documentation.What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in university relations, talent acquisition, career services, or related field.Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships, preferably with academic institutions.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.Willingness to travel up to 25%, especially during peak recruiting seasons.Preferred Qualifications
