We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - SEA to manage end-to-end recruitment, including consulting with HR Business partners to identify staffing needs and be based in our Bangkok office.

About YOU

In this role, a key part of your role will be designing and implementing attraction strategies, defining precise job skill specifications, conducting internal and external sourcing, screening candidates, conducting background checks, and completing offers.

You will also contribute towards global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable the company to align staffing with workforce plans.

This also includes driving programs in Early careers, Internships, and University Hiring, ensuring local staffing practices comply with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements, and meeting business priorities such as diversity objectives.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible

Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within a business and region.

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of the talent pool.

Conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification.

Interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.

Work with the Business, HR, and Total Rewards to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Drives the achievement of the TA metrics for SEA, including time to fill, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction scores, graduate, and diversity hires.

Supervises the staffing process within SEA, designs regional sourcing strategies in collaboration with SEA TA leads.

Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy within SEA.

Troubleshoots and manages any escalations to senior management.

What you will need to be successful

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business/Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferred.

Min 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, including hands-on sourcing, candidate management, graduate or early careers, and driving employment branding.

Prior work experience as an in-house Recruiter supporting hiring demand in a Manufacturing or Engineering Industry will be preferred.

Experience using a global Applicant Tracking System (Workday, Avature) will be an advantage.

Strong business partnering and engagement abilities with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in the use of social media, job boards, and crafting of competitive job adverts

Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize well.

Works well in a team, can build relationships easily, and is forward-thinking.
