We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at MarshMcLennan Agency (MMA). You will conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, selection, compensation negotiations, and guiding candidates through the selection process, all while advancing the MMA brand.

We will count on you to:

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms to source passive and active candidates.Pre-screen applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting phone and in-person interviews.Extend and negotiate employment offers as directed and within company guidelines.Advise and consult with hiring managers regarding market trends, recruiting issues, and company policies and procedures.

What you need to have:

3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented recruiting environment.Bachelor’s degree required.Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills.
