What You'll Do
Implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent and build diverse, high-performing teams in competitive markets.
Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders to identify talent needs and drive an efficient, seamless recruitment process.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and interviewer preparedness.
Leverage a mix of sourcing activities, including job postings, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events, to attract quality applicants.
Promote operational excellence by maintaining timely and accurate data within all recruiting systems and tools and adhering to recruiting processes.
Continuously expand your knowledge of our business, customers, and competition to articulate our value proposition and generate excitement among candidates.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience in a recruiting role, with at least 1 year of success in a fast-paced environment; relevant internships will also be considered.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Familiarity working with applicant tracking systems, Workday is a plus.
A self-starter mindset grounded in integrity, inclusivity, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
