About the role:

To ensure full assistance in all hiring and recruitment activities and support delivery of demanded headcount for Operations roles in Slovakia plant. To provide a variety of services necessary for hiring, administration and employment relationships, preboarding and onboarding phase of newcomers. 

This role is part of the global community of the European CBS (Convatec Business Services) Talent Acquisition team with direct impact on Slovakia location.

Key Responsibilities:

To assist in execution of local hiring process with focus on Operations rolesWork closely and assist to Talent Acquisition CBS Team and local People PartnersAdministration support in posting of job adverts via HR system and job portals/ web pagesScreening applications and delivering a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, maintaining a high level of communication and delivering timely feedback.Shortlisting CVs for your hiring managers, to support hiring the best diverse talentCoordinating the selection process from interviews and assessments to feedback; Maintain accurate candidate data in all recruitment systems according to GDPR and proactively generate recruitment reports. Analyse reports, data and talent insights to inform recruitment strategies.Develop and implement highly effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles utilizing job boards, social media, networking and other advanced search methods.Participation and administration support at interviews and assistance in assessment / testing of candidates administration support inInforming and communication with candidates about final selection decision and sharing the feedbackConstant assistance/ support of superiors/ hiring managers with HR system processes Documentation and contracts preparation for newcomersOccupational health preventive medical checkups assistance – as part of precontractual employment relationshipsAssistance in scheduling all the entry medical check-ups for hired candidates and direct communication with selected candidatesCommunication with Occupational health provider on outcomes of checkups and based on results scheduling the contract signatureAssistance in onboarding programs for Operations employeesAny further assistance for global TA team and local HR and LT teamTo ensure compliance with the legislative and internal requirements of the EHS and to participate in the fulfillment of the company's targets in the EHS area
