Position Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the effective execution of workforce planning, recruitment, and retention.Responsible for maintaining a qualified, cleared, and mission-ready workforce while ensuring compliance with security and personnel requirements.
Implement hiring and retention strategies, oversee personnel, and ensure efficient resource utilization. Address workforce concerns, mitigate risks, and align staffing solutions with evolving mission needs.
Position Requirements:
A minimum of a current TS clearance with SCI eligibility; a CI scope polygraph; eligible for crossover; and meets ICD 704, Personnel Security. A minimum of ten years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce management supporting IC agencies. A minimum of ten years of experience in developing and implementing workforce analytics and performance metrics to assess hiring effectiveness, retention trends, and workforce planning outcomes.It is desired that the Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager has the following qualifications:A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.A Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or equivalent certification.
