Talent Acquisition and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose :To lead strategic planning and execution of talent acquisition and development initiatives that align with Wahana Visi Indonesia’s strategic goals. The role ensures effective recruitment, talent management, and leadership development processes, enabling the organization to attract, develop, and retain qualified staff to drive its mission forward.  Strategy Development & Planning Identify future workforce needs and create strategic workforce planning. Lead efforts to enhance employer branding and position WV Indonesia as an employer of choice.Develop and implement effective talent management strategies that aligned with organization goals, including talent identification, development, career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility. Leverage technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of P&C processes including talent acquisition and development processes. Resource Acquisition & Management  Enhance employer branding to attract a larger pool of qualified applicants. Manage the talent acquisition and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Build and maintain relationships with external talent partners/providersCapacity Building Design and deliver programs for talent identification and development. Oversee staff capacity building initiatives, including new staff orientation, leadership development, and performance management. Ensure the Talent Acquisition & Development team has the capacity to meet organizational needs. Accountability & Quality Assurance Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition and development programs. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. Use P&C analytics and workforce data for talent decisions, improve talent process, and predict future needs. Ensure timely and quality new staff orientation Management & Leadership Submits periodical/monthly accomplishment report  Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department   Provide line management for program quality and accountability team, including performance management, coaching and capacity buildingProvide Christian leadership and support to enrich the organization’s life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serveManage risk and facilitate the removal of constraints that inhibit team innovation and are a barrier to team performance and resultsManage all risks related to business process according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risksThe Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related disciplineRelevant competency certifications can serve as a substitute for required bachelor's degreeBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and development3-5 years of experience as HR/P&C managerProven experience in developing and implementing talent management strategiesStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and related employment lawsExperience with P&C systems and talent management softwareExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsONLY a shortlist of applicants will be contacted.WVI implements a Safeguarding Policy as a form of our commitment to protect children and adult beneficiaries.
