The Recruiter I -Talent Advisor, operates as a full cycle recruiter and partners closely with business leaders to provide talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of strategic priorities for different business units that support Nissan North America.

Partners collaboratively with business leaders and HR team members to execute and drive the delivery of talent and business outcomes.Develops and builds strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HRBP’s and business stakeholders.Develops and maintains candidate pipelines for high volume positions identified by the business.Conducts sourcing, screening, and assessing of candidates through active candidate pipelining.Uses best recruiting practices, incorporates outreach and proactive sourcing in every search.Works with hiring teams, business leaders and HRBP’s to advise them on recruiting best practices, staffing processes, employment policies, interviewing and offer processes.Leverages and analyses data to provide observations and conclusions about talent market.Advises and partners with hiring managers to review role profiles and ensure role responsibilities and candidate specifications are up to date.Maintains applicant tracking database integrity and follows recruiting policies and processes as well as all applicable laws.Ensures a consistently positive and professional experience for each candidate by managing the candidate expectations during the recruitment process.Fosters a diverse candidate pipeline and ensures fair and unbiased selection practices are used.Participates in networking events, attends job fairs, and other supporting recruiting events.As necessary, performs other related duties.Minimum Qualifications
The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
Two plus years of experience in recruiting required.Experience recruiting for Accounting & Finance, Legal, HR, Sales & Marketing and Call Center.Bachelor’s Degree or related working experience within staffing industry required.Working knowledge of recruiting processes, including sourcing, attracting, evaluating, interviewing, through offer acceptance.Workday recruiting experience preferred.Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills.Collaborative organized and effective communicator.Ability to properly handle confidential information.Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Nissan (NMEX, NRFS, NRFM and ANZEN) hires based on the fulfillment of the job profile in the vacancy, without distinction or discrimination based on gender, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, race, color, language, religion, political or any other opinion, national or social origin, economic position, birth or any other condition.
