As a Talent Acquisition Administrator you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable candidate experience. You will be responsible for providing interview scheduling and administrative support to the APAC and EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. This includes managing all interview scheduling requests while proactively anticipating and resolving issues through effective communication, customer service, and expectations management.

· 1-2 years experience in TA process with a strong emphasis on coordinating and managing interviews.
· Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
