Talent Acquisition – Technical Domain Expert

Role Proficiency:

We are seeking a Technical Domain Expert within Talent Acquisition to act as a critical enabler between the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, Product team, and Delivery organization. This is a highly collaborative role aimed at bridging the gap between functional recruitment needs and technology execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background and development experience, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to drive recruitment efficiency and impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with the Product Team to define and enhance recruitment technology platforms, tools, and automation workflows. Collaborate with TA Teams to understand changing business needs and translate them into TA process enhancements. Drive change management initiatives within the TA function and Hiring Teams (Account, Delivery, Practice Teams) ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and systems. Leverage knowledge of AI-driven recruitment tools and platforms to improve hiring team productivity and experience. Act as the technical point of contact for integrating new recruitment systems or upgrading existing ones. Contribute to system-level thinking and tech-driven process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle. Support the recruitment team with generating skill-based market insights (MI) using sourcing platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn. Necessary training will be provided. Support internal upskilling by educating the TA team on emerging technology trends and system functionalities.

Key Requirements:

3–8 years of experience in a technical or development role, ideally with exposure to enterprise systems or product environments. Strong understanding of software development concepts and experience working with technical teams. Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tech platforms. Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration across tech, business, and operations teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

Prior involvement in HR digital transformation or recruitment platform implementation projects. Understanding of modern tech stacks used in delivery environments (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Cloud). Experience working in talent acquisition or HR tech consulting is a plus.
