The Position:
The Takelma Baker prepares a wide variety of goods such as cakes, pastries, pies, cookies and breads for a multi-venue department. Decorates cakes and pastries using different frostings, icings and toppings to ensure presentation will be inviting to our guests. Duties include, but are not limited to
Responsible for ordering food items and supplies from outside vendors or warehouse stock.Prepares food and ingredients by washing, peeling, slicing, and shredding vegetables and fruits.Mixes and measures ingredients according to recipes. Bakes breads, rolls, cakes and pastry items maintaining the high standards set forth by Seven Feathers Casino Resort.The Benefits:
