About the Role

As a Tailor, you will be responsible for advising customers on tailoring options and performing alterations and repairs according to their specifications. You will deliver tailored garments on time, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting the brand's image and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice to customers on tailoring options, alterations, and garment shaping to suit their individual preferences and requirements.

Perform alterations and repairs on clothing items as per customer specifications.

Ensure timely delivery of tailored garments to provide a personalized and seamless shopping experience.

Maintain high standards of customer service to reinforce brand loyalty and enhance the company’s image.

Collaborate with the sales and alterations team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

High school qualification

Diploma or certificate in tailoring

Experience

2–3 years of experience in the retail or tailoring industry

Languages

Fluent in English

Multilingual abilities are an advantage

Additional Requirements

Strong team player

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized with great attention to detail
