In this role you will join our Indirect Procurement team, being responsible for purchasing Tactical MRO (Maintenance, repair and operations) goods and services, focusing on driving value creation and achieving a cost-saving as per target every year. This role will support the Latam region and potentially provide global support.
You will also:
Prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers for assigned materials and services as per preferred vendor list provided by the local procurement team.
Conduct service to clients support in close collaboration with Local Buyer.
Coordinate supplier onboarding with comply to Kimberly-Clark Vendor Due diligence and manage supplier performance evaluation.
Support the implementation of procurement initiatives and projects across the Latam region and globally, as needed.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost savings, supplier performance, and overall procurement effectiveness.
Provide timely analysis and resolution to issues relating to invoicing and order placement.
Schedule status meetings to update the management of ongoing activities, detailing the status of each task, issues, or problems requiring review, coordination, and projected completion dates for tasks and activities.

Main requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related.
3+ years of experiencia in Procurement, Sourcing and/or Buying.
Fluent in English.
Advanced in Excel and SAP (ideal in Coupa as well).
Analytical and results oriented.
Excellent communication and stakeholders management.
Organization and proactive approach.
