Responsibilities The Opportunity This role is responsible for supporting and learning the creation, running and validating Tactical Network models on Supply Chain Guru and maintain updated supply chain network models of the different operations accross LatAm Sector. It must support the AOP and TN processes with a network model that reflects the reality of operations, to guarantee correct decision-making by local teams. Your Impact As Tactical Network Optimization Jr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: • Support Supply Chain Guru Tactical models update process • Support the data analyst team in the data gathering process • Support the delivery of modeling results in the established timelines • Support AOP, Tactical Network and productivity processes • Provide technical support to the Sector Strategic Network Design team • Provide insights from modeling results as well as recommendations for implementation Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education -Industrial Eng/Systems Eng/ Logitics and Supply Chain Management Eng Experience -More than 4 years of experience in Network Design, supply planning, Customer Service, Logistics or SC Management Skills - Agility to solve problems - Strategist & Conceptual Thinker -Smart Innovator -Analytical Thinking Skill -Teamwork -Excellent interpersonal relationships. -Ability to handle critical situations with tact and diplomacy -Manage of big data bases on SQL (nice to have) or similar - Programming and/or optimization knowledge -Communication skills - Analytics skills If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
