Global responsibility for TACAS  solution and management Engaging across domains to address level 2/3 ISE support issues (e.g., PKI, Server, Load Balancer, WAN, Web Acceleration, Security, AnyConnect) Monitoring and alert management of all components related to the ISE solution, Video Network Operations Center (VNOC) Ongoing maintenance and support of solution components (e.g., patching, upgrades, capacity reviews, lifecycle management) Ongoing moves, adds, changes to ISE solution (e.g., new device profiles) Monitoring and running ISE/TACCAS reports Excellent knowledge and understanding of Cisco ISE/TACAS architecture and policies with hands on experience of troubleshooting of ISE issues. Must have knowledge on Integration of Cisco ISE with database source such as AD, LDAP, and SQL DB. Configure and troubleshoot issues related to authentication, authorization, and accounting policies for user authentication and troubleshooting Cisco ISE in distributed/HA mode. Configuring and troubleshooting policies for authentication relating to EAP-FAST, PEAP, LEAP and EAP-TLS. Sound knowledge and expertise on 802.1x authentication and BYOD/Guest portal maintenance. Configure and deploy Guest network using ISE Configure and troubleshoot profiling and posturing for user devices and compliance. Configuring TACACS for device administration. Handle all L2 level escalations Handle physical restoration of device and configurations Interact with the client on a day-to-day basis and understand changes in the process Upgrade IOS and patches of ISE as per schedule. Handle all changes as per the change management process Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Good knowledge of Cisco Wireless Lan Controllers (WLCs) will be an added advantage. Managing administrative access controls Managing of switch configuration templates Perform implementation and integration tasks for medium to large complex projects Documentation of configurations and changes. Configure internal users for authentication Configure Network device groups for different device types Configure individual Network Access Devices and assign them to the respective device group. Include these device groups in the existing policy sets. Ensure Harding & enable support during Auditing  to meet operations Requirement
