Job Description

Step into the spotlight and take charge of the live gaming floor! Grosvenor Casinos is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Table Gaming Manager to lead our table games and poker operations, delivering unforgettable experiences and driving performance in one of the most exciting environments in hospitality.

From Blackjack to Poker, you’ll be at the helm of the action - leading a skilled team, optimising performance through data-driven decisions, and ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class gaming experience.

What You’ll Own:

Lead and inspire a high-performing team of dealers and supervisorsDrive growth in handle and margin efficiency across all table games and pokerUse Tangam software and insights to optimise table performanceDeliver exceptional customer service and player protection standardsBe a key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager

QualificationsA current PML license and deep knowledge of UK gaming operationsProven leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentA passion for live gaming and a sharp eye for performance metricsA commitment to fairness, inclusion, and responsible gaming
